One of my favorite early Blues album compilations!
Which brings me to a point: Compilations are one of the best types of albums. Whether by a "Best of" compilation or a genre compilation you really get a good set of songs from people who have made music collection and production their profession. I know for my show, I've had so much help from musical scholars who have compiled a well-thought out and cohesive set of songs by various artists. Also, you get the biggest bang for your buck!

The Elgins Live Set!
The Elgins:
Great live performance by the Elgins. They sound so authentic, every time I show people their songs, they have a hard time believing that they're a modern band! They are inspired by the greats, but add their own spin too.
The rest of the show was some Big Bill Broonzy, Blind Willie Mctell, and Big Joe Williams
